On July 27, the Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Myanmar hosted the twice-yearly briefing on the World Bank’s Myanmar Economic Monitor with the expert speakers from the World Bank Team.
Mariam Sherman, Country Director from Myanmar, Cambodia, and Lao PDR, Faya Hayati, Senior Economist, Kim Alan Edwards, Program Leader for Myanmar, Cambodia, and Lao PDR, and Senior Economist for Myanmar and Thailand provided rich insights on the new firm survey data and for taking questions from almost 300 participants.
