Invitation to bid for the Supply and Installation of the Continuously Operating Reference System, Enhancing Systematic land Registration Project.
The Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MoNRE) invites sealed bids for the Supply and Installation of the Continuously Operating Reference System, Enhancing Systematic land Registration Project, with the financing from the World Bank. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2017 August 2018 and November 2020 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bids must be delivered on or before 9:00am (Laos Time) on 21st December 2021.
