Invitation to bid for the Higher Education Improvement Project; with the financing from the International Development Association (IDA).
The Royal Government of Cambodia, the ministry of Education Youth and Sport invites sealed bids for the Higher Education Improvement Project; with the financing from the International Development Association (IDA), World Bank. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”. Bids must be delivered on or before 9:00am (Cambodia Time) on 26th January 2022. Electronic bidding is not permitted.
