The Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia, with financing from the French Development Agency for Tourism Commercial Capacity Building Programme, has invited proposals from Consultancy Firms to provide “Consultancy to design and deliver training and capacity building courses for Ministry of Tourism and Private Sector Association Secretariat Staff”.
Needed trainings are grouped into four logical packages – 1. Communication and Workplace Skills, 2. ICT Skills, 3. Project Management and 4. Financial Management. The Ministry of Tourism intends to select one or more Consultancy Firms with proven experience; through a National Competitive Bidding Process based on quality and cost. International companies will be eligible to apply if they are able to mobilise trainers in Cambodia.
