The Royal Government of Cambodia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of the National Solar Park Project.
No nationality restrictions apply, other than restrictions arising from Section 1, ITB 4.8 of the Bidding Document. Bids must be delivered before 10:00 am Cambodia Standard Time on December 22, 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Documents Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of the Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend.
